1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 1–4 business days, depending on your location and carrier service. Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses.

  • High-volume seasons (e.g., holidays).

Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S. No minimum purchase required!


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, contact your local carrier first. If unresolved, email us within 14 days for assistance.

  • Damaged Items: Notify us at Contact@toujik.rebootek.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.

Note: Toujik is not liable for packages lost or damaged due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


7. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

  • Track your package directly via the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.


8. Address Accuracy

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at Contact@toujik.rebootek.com.
