Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and Unworn: Items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.

  • Original Packaging: Products must include all tags, labels, and original packaging (e.g., boxes, dust bags).

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

  • Intimate/personal care items (e.g., underwear, swimwear).

  • Items marked "Final Sale."


Timeframe for Returns

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.


Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • If the original payment method is unavailable, refunds may be issued as store credit at our discretion.


Return Process

  2. Pack Securely: Include the RA number on your return package. Ship items in their original packaging.

  4. Tracking Required: Use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost returns.


Restocking Fees

  • 15% restocking fee may apply if items are returned used, damaged, or without original packaging.

  • No fees apply for returns in resalable condition.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Custom/personalized products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Intimate/personal care items.

  • Final sale items.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • To request an exchange, contact us within 60 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

  • Prepaid Label: If the return is our fault, we will email a prepaid return shipping label.


Additional Notes

  • Refunds exclude original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).
